You Will Rock App Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of the You Will Rock iPhone app (the "app"), which is operated by Infinite Publishing LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is not medical advice

The app gives general education and practical guidance for expecting parents. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the doctor, midwife, or other clinician caring for your partner or your baby. Always follow their advice. If you think there may be an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

Coach uses AI

Coach is an optional feature that writes replies using an AI model. AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check anything important with a qualified professional, and never rely on Coach in an emergency. Coach only sends information to AI providers after you agree, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time under Me > Delete account.

Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it through Apple.
  • If we offer a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter in the app, such as plan items, notes, lesson answers, and Coach messages. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the app for you. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app; interfere with its operation or security; access it through automated means; use Coach to generate harmful or unlawful material; or use the app in a way that breaks the law.

Our content and your license

The app and its lessons, text, illustrations, and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Apple

  • These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
  • If anyone claims that the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless carrier's terms.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above, and if a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where the consumer protection laws of the place you live give you additional rights.
