We ship physical orders within the United States only.
Shipping charges
Shipping is $6.99. Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $60 after discounts and before tax and shipping qualify for free shipping. An order totaling exactly $60 does not qualify under this standard threshold. A product or bundle offer that expressly includes free shipping can qualify below the threshold, as stated in that offer. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Allow 48 hours for order processing. After processing, typical shipping time is 2–7 business days. Processing time and shipping time are separate. Transit times are estimates; carrier delays can affect arrival.
Tracking and delivery issues
Use any tracking link provided with your order. If you need help locating tracking, an order has not arrived, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@youwillrock.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Include photos of damage or incorrect items if available.
