All sales are final, including physical books and digital products. We do not accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Please review the title, edition, language, format, quantity, and delivery details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive, email info@youwillrock.com. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the book and packaging if available.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when warranted. Please do not mail items back; we do not accept returns.

If you have trouble accessing a digital purchase, contact us with your order number and book title so we can help.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
