Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the USA. Shipping is $6.99, and orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. An order totaling exactly $60 does not qualify under this standard threshold. Some product or bundle offers may expressly include free shipping below the threshold; see the offer for details. See our shipping policy.
When will my books arrive?
Allow 48 hours for processing, then 2–7 business days for shipping. Transit times are estimates and are separate from processing time.
How can I check on my order?
Use any tracking link provided with your order. If you need help finding tracking or your order is taking longer than expected, email info@youwillrock.com with your order number and checkout email.
Order problems & final sales
Can I return my purchase?
All sales are final, including physical books and digital purchases. We do not accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Please check the title, language, format, and delivery address before ordering. See our final-sale policy.
What if my book is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Email info@youwillrock.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when warranted. Please do not return items to us.

How do I choose the right format or language?
Check the title, edition, language, and format listed for the item before ordering. A digital edition is an eBook, not a printed book. If you are unsure which edition is right for you or your recipient, ask us before purchasing.
