You Will Rock App Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026
This policy explains how Infinite Publishing LLC ("we," "us") handles information in the You Will Rock iPhone app (the "app"). It covers the app only. Our book store at youwillrockbundles.com has its own store privacy policy.
The short version
- We use your information to run the app: your account, your pregnancy timeline, your plan, and your lessons.
- We do not sell your information, show ads in the app, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- Coach, the optional AI feature, sends information to an AI provider only after you agree. You can turn it off at any time.
- Weekly bump photos stay on your phone. We do not upload them.
- You can delete your account from inside the app.
Information you give us
- Account details. Your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address (or Apple's private relay address) and an account identifier from that service.
- Profile and pregnancy details. Your role, the name you enter, the due date or pregnancy week, whether this is your first pregnancy, your onboarding answers, and the baby's name or sex if you choose to add them.
- Things you create. Plan items, notes, appointment questions, check-ins, lesson responses, and feedback.
- Coach conversations. Messages you send Coach, its replies, and memories you choose to keep, if you use Coach.
- Support messages. Anything you include when you email us.
Information created as you use the app
- Activity. Lessons assigned and completed, progress and streaks, and which features you use. We use this to run the app, pick lessons that fit your week, and understand how the app is used overall.
- Subscription status. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card details. RevenueCat tells us which plan is active and when it renews, is canceled, or is refunded.
- Crash and error reports. When the app crashes or hits an error, Sentry receives technical details such as the device model, iOS version, app version, and the error itself. These reports are not linked to your account, and we configure them to leave out your messages and sign-in tokens.
Information that stays on your phone
- Bump photos. Photos you take in the app are saved in the app's private storage on your phone. We do not upload them. Your iPhone may include them in iCloud or computer backups, depending on your backup settings. They are removed when you delete them, delete your account, or delete the app.
- Spoken answers. If you tap the microphone to answer a lesson out loud, iOS speech recognition turns your speech into text. Apple may process the audio to do this under Apple's privacy policy. We do not record or keep the audio. The text appears in the reply box so you can edit it, and if you submit it, we save it like a typed answer.
- Reminders. Notifications are scheduled on your phone, and we cancel them when you sign out or delete your account.
How we use information
- To provide the app: sign you in, keep your data in sync, and show your week, your plan, and your lessons.
- To personalize the app: choose lessons and content that fit your role and how far along the pregnancy is.
- To check whether you have an active subscription.
- To keep the app working and secure: fix crashes, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
- To reply when you contact us and to send account emails such as sign-in confirmations and password resets.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to track you.
Coach and AI
Coach is optional and stays off until you agree to it in the app. When you ask Coach something, we send your message, recent messages in that conversation, Coach memories you chose to keep, relevant reviewed app content, and context you entered, such as pregnancy week, role, whether this is your first pregnancy, the baby's name or sex, and whether a partner is linked.
That request goes from our servers at Supabase to Atlas Cloud, which routes it to the DeepSeek V4 Flash model to write the reply. How long those providers keep requests, and whether they use them to train models, is governed by their own terms and configuration. We do not promise zero retention or zero training, so leave out details you do not want these providers to process.
You can turn Coach off in the app under Me > Privacy and legal > Coach AI sharing. That stops new AI requests. Your existing conversations stay saved until you delete them in Coach History or delete your account. Coach replies are general information, not medical advice.
Who we share information with
We share information only with companies that help us run the app, and only for that purpose:
- Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in and account emails. Our data is stored in the United States.
- RevenueCat manages subscription status.
- Apple processes App Store payments, Sign in with Apple, and speech recognition.
- Google handles Sign in with Google, if you choose it.
- Sentry receives crash and error reports.
- Atlas Cloud and DeepSeek receive Coach requests, only if you turn Coach on.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the safety or rights of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Partner accounts
Linking your account with your partner's account is not available in this version of the app. If we turn it on later, we will update this policy first to explain what linked partners can see.
How long we keep information
- We keep your account information while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, we delete your account data from our live systems right away. Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.
- Crash and error reports are kept for up to 90 days.
- Apple and RevenueCat keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting, and we may keep a limited record of subscription events for the same reason.
- We keep support emails as long as we need them to help you and to keep accurate business records.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct your information in the app under Me.
- Delete your account under Me > Delete account. This also clears the app's data on that phone.
- Turn off Coach under Me > Privacy and legal > Coach AI sharing.
- Control permissions for notifications, the camera, the microphone, and speech recognition in your iPhone's Settings app.
- Other requests. Email info@youwillrock.com to ask for a copy of your information or to make any other privacy request. Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or move your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Security
Information travels between the app and our servers over encrypted connections. Sign-in tokens are stored in the iPhone Keychain, sensitive account data on your phone is encrypted, and our database limits each account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
Age requirement
The app is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Details you enter about your baby are part of your account. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States. Your information is stored in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
